DECLARATION

Please note any applications are accepted on the following terms:

  1. Conditions of hiring stalls - No site is reserved or deemed to be reserved until payment has been made.
  2. Preparation of stalls - Traders will not be able to gain access to the site until 10am Thursday 16th July.
  3. Over Night Security - stall holders are permitted to stay on site overnight in their own caravan or tent within the allocated area.
  4. Litter - Traders are expected to keep the ground within the area of their stall to be litter free. All rubbish should be placed in the skips provided.
  5. Insurance - All traders must have a valid public liability insurance (£5,000,000) certificate. Failure to do so will result in the trader being asked to leave the field.
  6. ALL DOG OWNERS MUST KEEP THEIR ANIMALS UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES, AND WHILST IN THE STALLS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS. MOST IMPORTANTLY CLEAN UP AFTER THEM.
  7. DO NOT EMPTY TOILETS INTO PUBLIC LOOS. USE ELSAN TIPS SUPPLIED.

I agree to indemnify and hold blameless the organisers of this Event, its officers, helpers, or any person acting on their instructions or on behalf of any claims for accidental damage or personal injury whatsoever, or death however caused by my participation in this event.

We need to store and use the information you provide for show administration purposes. By signing and submitting this form to West Oxon Steam & Vintage Show you give us your permission.

The rally organisers CANNOT be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused.
